Jessica Ledingham has dedicated her career to assisting businesses, from multinational corporations to family businesses, both in and out of the courtroom. With experience at top global firms and her practice, she delivers expert, compassionate representation to every client.
JANICE FELDMAN
Janice Feldman is a seasoned tax attorney with over 35 years of experience in both government and private practice. She led 2,000+ tax cases at the DOJ and held senior IRS roles, including Division Counsel for the National Taxpayer Advocate.
MATTHEW HAGHIRI
Before joining Ledingham Law, Mr. Haghiri worked at a boutique tax firm handling federal tax matters like refunds, FBAR penalties, Offers-in-Compromise, and audits. He earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore, where he also served as a Student Attorney in the Tax Clinic and interned with the Maryland Comptroller, assisting in taxpayer appeals.
